Casting Section:-25
Sand-Casting furnaces are engaged for Brass casting and more than 70 persons
are engaged in the job.

Filing Section:-In
our well equipped filing section 60 workers are engaged. Filing of
the items is done with the help of manual labour and belt grinders.

Machinery Section:-Running
well equipped Work-Shop with Lathe Machines, Capstan lathes, Grinders,
Milling Machines,Power Drills, Hand Drills, Power Presses, Hand Presses
and other Related Machinery.

Polishing Section:-
60 Motorised Polishers are engaged in the Polishing of items.

Cleaning Section:-
Before undertaking Lacquering process, Cleaning of the items is done with
the help of two Ultrasonic Cleaning
Plants.

Lacquering & Plating Plants:-
One Electrophoretic plant,Seven Lacquering Plants & Hi- Tech Electroplating
Plant are available for Lacquering & Plating of the items in
our Work-Shop.
Durocoat/Berlac materials are used in the Lacquering process to ascertain
the best quality of Lacqer
and excellent adhesion.

Checking Section
:- Our Quality Control staff checks every items in accordance with the
orginal specifications before undertaking the Lacquering Process.

Power Supplies :- Three diesel Generating
Sets having total capacity of 250 KVA are installed to
ensure constant production in the event of Power failure.

Quality Control:-Every process of manufacturing
is under the supervision of qualified Engineers and Technicians to ensure
strict quality control at every step of manufacturing.

Packing Mod:- Initially every items would
be wrapped in butter paper then in Craft paper and then finally
in poly bags to prevent atmospheric deterioration Corrugated boxes as per
buyers requirement are uses for box packing and finaly
in heavy Corrugated sheet cartons or in wooden cases.

Dies & Patterns Section :- Our Dies
& Patterns section provide the best arrangements for the development
of new items under the supervision of qualified Pattern makers and Die
makers.
Minimum 30 days time required for the development of new items as
per specifications of samples of the buyers in our range of Brass Builders
Hardware Fittings and other engeenering products.

Inspection of Items:- As per conditions
of Government of India for the export of Brass Hinges, Brass
Tower Bolts, Brass Sliding Bolts we arrange pre-shipment inspection of
relative consignment through Export Inspection Council, New Delhi
affilated with Ministry of Commerce of Government of India.

Special Feature:-Recently installed gravity
diecasting, Special Arrangement for skin packing and shrink wrapping of
the items.
